Welcome to the 2010 rugby year. Forest Rugby is the premier Suburban rugby club on the northern beaches of Sydney (commonly referred to as God's Country). having competed in the 1st division since 1999, of the largest rugby union competition in Australia.

In 2010 we aim to again field 5 senior grades and U21's Colts, so new players, of all standards are welcome.

This weekend: Saturday 12th June at home to Colleagues

Next weekend: Saturday 19th June away at Knox

Training will commence every Tuesday and Thursday in February 2009, so make sure you get up to the club to improve your fitness and prepare for Saturday's game.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 

Where: Melwood Oval, 24 Melwood Ave, Forestville

Time: 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start

Who: Tim Hayes is back again to run the sessions ably assisted by Hamish Bradshaw
